Ichiro Haruno is a young apprentice of the Onryukai Tatsumi Kogyo, a company that has a reputation for its natural talent and spirit. However, even after one year, he is still too good a person to be able to do even a single “Kiritori”. He is told, “If you can't do this much Kiritori, get out of the business!
