Poison is the fourth film in Roald Dahl’s anthology series, known for its unique narration and visuals. The story centers on Harry, whose tense situation gradually unfolds, revealing underlying conflicts and growing discomfort between him and the doctor. The film’s clever use of camera angles and fitting sound effects intensify the suspense, while the unresolved presence of a snake serves as a powerful metaphor for Harry’s latent racism. Overall, Poison delivers an engaging and thought-provoking cinematic experience. Read the full review here: (Indonesian version : alunauwie.com) and (English version : uwiepuspita.com)
